It is recommended to follow this photo guideline! In general, we can use almost any photo of your pet. Our artists possess great talent and can create a pet painting from almost any photo.
It will take up to 3 days for the digital artwork to be uploaded to the Track My Order page. For prints, it will take an additional 7 days.
Certainly! We take great pride in delivering high-quality work to our customers. If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding the final product, we are more than happy to offer revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure you receive a final product that meets your expectations and leaves you with a smile on your face.
This is not possible. Our artists dedicate hours to painting each portrait, and it would not be feasible to keep them busy by providing free samples. However, once you've placed your order, we will send you the artwork for preview and you can request as many revisions within the initial order materials and requirements until you're completely satisfied.
Yes, for a small fee, you can request a costume change and pick again another costume.

Yes, you can! Choose your costumes and add them to your cart. If you want to print, choose the desired Print Delivery for one of the products, and for the rest, choose Digital Delivery. Once you have placed the order, please use the chat function on the Track My Order page and let us know that you would like one portrait featuring your costume selection.
