No, we only work with digital versions of your physical photos. It is extremely important to provide the best quality version of your physical photo. Generally, physical photos already have damage and it is crucial to avoid adding any further damage by improperly digitalizing your picture.
We recommend using formats that preserve the picture’s details like TIFF, JPEG, and PNG. Avoid using formats like PDF that are compressed and optimized for document viewing rather than image quality.
We will deliver the restored picture via the Track My Order page in jpg format with the longest side 5500 px. If you prefer a higher resolution, please see our custom print size service
