Return & Refund policy

Pixels Photo Art provides services based on specific customer requests and is not hired on an hourly rate. Our work is based on the initial information and materials you provide. Changes to these details may incur additional fees.

We are committed to transparency throughout the service process and expect the same from our clients. 

REVISIONS

  1. Free Revisions: Customers are entitled to unlimited revisions, subject to compliance with the initially stipulated order requirements.

  2. Paid Revisions: If a revision request falls outside the parameters of the original order, including requests that differ from the initial instructions or submitted materials, a fee may be applied. In such cases, the customer may be required to make an additional payment or place a new order to account for the revised materials and requirements.

  • If multiple photos are submitted, Pixels Photo Art reserves the right to select the photo that, in our professional judgment, will produce the best artistic outcome.
  • Any request to use a different photo after the artwork has been digitally delivered will be considered a paid revision due to the additional resources and effort required for these modifications.

      3. Revision timeframe: Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the artwork’s delivery. Failure to provide clear and specific revision instructions within this timeframe will result in the artwork being processed, printed, and shipped in its current form. With each revision request, the customer is granted an additional 48 hours to either confirm the artwork or request further revisions.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Orders for which the artwork has been digitally delivered cannot be canceled under any circumstances. The artwork creation requires a considerable amount of time and resources, and while unlimited revisions within the scope of the materials and information initially provided by the customer are included, cancellations based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the final product are not accepted.

  2. Orders may only be canceled if the artwork has not yet been uploaded. 

  3. In situations where the print does not arrive or arrives damaged, the customer must provide proof. Once the proof is verified, we will either reprint and reship the item or issue a refund covering only the print costs.

MODIFICATIONS

  1. Changes to the print type or size are not accepted once the order has been placed. Requests for such modifications will not be accommodated.
  2. Any modifications to the initial order, including changes to photos and information, must be communicated through the Track My Order page in order to be considered.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All our products and services are custom-made according to the customer's specifications. Products may be delivered digitally, physically as prints, or both. Due to the custom nature of these artworks, they cannot be resold. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Article 16(1)(d) and (f), custom-made goods and digital content delivered upon express consent are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

In the event that a physical print arrives damaged, you may request a refund of the printing costs or a free reshipping of the artwork.

1. Refund Eligibility: Our policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Exemptions: Delivered digital custom artworks and services are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund & Returns for Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or a refund of the printing costs. To be eligible, please contact us within this period with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Prints are eligible for a refund of the printing fees under the following conditions:

  • The item does not arrive.
  • The item arrives damaged.

4. Refund fees: In accordance with our refund policy, a flat handling fee of 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of $5, will be applied if the customer changes their mind and requests a refund before the artwork has been digitally delivered. This fee encompasses the expenses related to our staff's processing of the refund, as well as the payment processing and exchange rate fees incurred throughout the entire order amount. This is to ensure the efficient processing and return of funds in your designated currency. 

5. Prints Return Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned to the sender.
  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

6. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

7. Late or Missing Refunds: If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.
  • If issues persist, contact us at office@pixelsphotoart.com .

8. Exchanges: Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged prints. To request an exchange, please email office@pixelsphotoart.com and return the item to the print supplier address provided on the package and shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
