Shipping is generally fast. We work with major shipping companies, and their delivery times may vary depending on their capacity. Once the artwork is printed and handed to the courier, delivery typically takes a few days.
You can track your order status on the Track My Order page, where you can also communicate directly with the artist, request unlimited revisions, and approve the artwork before printing. For canvas or poster orders, a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available from the shipping company.
Yes, we offer unlimited free revisions based on the information and materials provided in your order. Revisions can be requested exclusively through the Track My Order page. If you have concerns about the quality of your photos, please contact us before proceeding.
Each artwork will specify whether it was produced using Photo Editing or Digital Painting, so you’ll know exactly what you’re ordering.
If the service is labeled as Digital Painting, it means the artwork was created by hand using a digital tablet. Rest assured, we don’t use filters—only skilled artists!
For your convenience, you can order the Source File so you can view each layer and its brushstrokes.
