Delivery & Shipping Policy


Due to the nature of our products, the estimated delivery time we provide is an estimation based on the artwork, printing and transit processing time. Various factors, including customer response times, the volume of revision requests, and holidays, contribute to the overall delivery timeline. We strive to provide accurate estimations and appreciate your understanding of the dynamic elements that may influence delivery times

ARTWORK DIGITAL DELIVERY 

In general, digital artworks take 1-3 days to be delivered. During holidays digital orders may take up to 5 days

We send to all our customers the proof of artwork before final delivery in the Track My Order page. Depending on the customer's response time and requests, processing time may be extended.

Every order is entitled to unlimited revisions within the provided materials and information. For more information, please visit our Revision & Refund Policy

For print orders, we allow a period of 48 hours for any revision requests. During this time, we encourage you to carefully review the proof and communicate any desired changes. After the 48-hour period, if no revision requests are received, we will proceed to print and ship the artwork as presented in the provided proof.

If you request a revision after the 48-hour window, we can accommodate the revision request, but reprinting will not be done at our expense.

PRINTING PROCESSING TIME

Prints are processed within 2-5 working days, during which we print your artwork. Once printed, your artwork is handed to a shipping company that delivers to your location. 

SHIPPING

At Pixels Photo Art, we want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our shipping processes. It's important to note that we are not a shipping company; rather, we collaborate with reputable shipping companies to deliver our orders. While we strive to provide accurate estimative times, unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control.

In instances where shipping companies do not adhere to the estimated delivery times, or if packages are lost or damaged in transit, Pixels Photo Art cannot be held liable for the actions of these external entities. However, in the event of damaged or lost package, we will reprint and reship at our own expense.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by email and in the Track My Order page as soon as it becomes available. During the holidays, shipping times may be longer, and we recommend placing orders by December 10th if you intend to receive the print before December 24th. We have several fulfillment centers where we print and we will choose the closest printing fulfillment center to reduce the shipping time.

Transit time estimates:

USA: 3-5 working days
CA, AUS, UK: 3-5 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of world: 5-8 working days

Shipping prices:

Due to the ongoing global economic challenges and the widespread surge in prices, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer Free Shipping. Instead, a Flat-Fee Shipping cost for each product will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. As we navigate these economic conditions, our commitment to maintaining competitive prices remains steadfast. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.


Special Notes:

  • Entire order communication is done in the Track My Order page.
  • Revisions generally take 24 hours. 
  • Delivery & Shipping times might be different during holidays.
  • If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours we will print and ship the artwork as it is.
  • You can request a print refund only if you did not confirm the digital artwork that was sent as a draft before printing. Refund processing fees will be applied.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
