Refund Policy

REVISIONS

  1. Entitlement to Revisions: Each order extends the privilege of unlimited revisions, subject to compliance with the initially stipulated order requirements. Should revision requests deviate from the specified order parameters and materials submitted by the customer, the imposition of a fee may be warranted. Alternatively, the customer may be directed to initiate a new order, inclusive of revised materials and requirements.

  2. Photographic Material Selection and Paid Revisions: In cases involving the submission of multiple photos, our discretion will guide the selection process to ensure the optimal outcome. Any request to utilize a different photo is considered a paid revision, reflecting the additional resources required for such modifications.

  3. Clarity and Timeliness of Revision Requests: Revision requests are to be articulated with precision within a stipulated timeframe of 48 hours following the delivery of the artwork. Failure to submit clear and specific revision instructions within this timeframe may result in the artwork being processed, printed, and shipped in its current form.

  4. Cancellation Prohibition Based on Preference: It is important to note that order cancellations are not permissible solely on the grounds of personal preference or dissatisfaction with the final product. Our commitment is to deliver services in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications, and as such, cancellations will only be entertained under extenuating circumstances, as determined by our discretion.

 

REFUNDS

1. Refund Eligibility: Our policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Exempted Items: Fulfilled Digital Services are exempt from being refunded.

3. Refund for Physical Items: Physical items are eligible for reshipping or refunds of the printing fees under the following conditions:

  • The item does not arrive.
  • The item arrives damaged.

A flat fee of $5 is charged as a refund handling fee.

4. Return Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

5. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

6. Late or Missing Refunds: If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

7. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges: Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, send an email to office@pixelsphotoart.com and mail your item to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
