It is recommended to follow our photo guidelines! In general, we can use almost any photo! Our artists possess great talent and can create a portrait from almost any photo.
It will take up to 3 days for the digital artwork to be uploaded to the Track My Order page. For prints, it will take an additional 7 days.
Certainly! We take great pride in delivering high-quality work to our customers. If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding the final product, we are more than happy to offer revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure you receive a final product that meets your expectations and leaves you with a smile on your face.
This is not possible. Our artists dedicate hours to painting each portrait, and it would not be feasible to keep them busy by providing free samples. However, once you've placed your order, we will send you the artwork for preview and you can request as many revisions within the initial order materials and requirements until you're completely satisfied.
Yes, for a small fee, you can request a costume change and pick again another costume.

We have ordered twice from this shop and love our pieces! They are so personalized, unique & a conversation starter for everyone who enters our home! Our first order was for my husband's portrait, which only had a few revisions needed and shipped wonderfully! The 2nd order of my painting didn't turn out looking like me at first, so we requested a list of revisions. Once those were made, we were very happy with it! It needed to be shipped twice due to the frame breaking during transit. But it was replaced quickly and easily! The second framed portrait still had chips and broken pieces in the frame, but we decided to either fill it in with black marker or glue little pieces back. These were ordered a year apart and we can tell a difference in the quality & sizing of frames but are still very happy! We will definitely order again!
