It will take up to 3 days for the digital artwork to be uploaded to the Track My Order page. For prints, it will take an additional 7 days.

Our goal is to make sure you receive a final product that meets your expectations and leaves you with a smile on your face.
This is not possible. Our artists dedicate hours to painting each portrait, and it would not be feasible to keep them busy by providing free samples. However, once you've placed your order, we will send you the artwork for preview and you can request as many revisions within the initial order materials and requirements until you're completely satisfied.
