Delivery & Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our products, the estimated delivery time we provide is an estimation based on different factors such as customer's response time, holidays and transit times.

Artwork Digital Delivery

In general, digital artworks take 1-3 days to be delivered. During holiday sales digital orders may take up to 5 days

Printing Processing Time

We send to all our customers the proof of artwork before final delivery. Depending on the customer's response time the processing time may be extended. If you will request revisions, this will understandably extend your production and shipping time. We will not print & ship your product if we do not have your written confirmation.

Poster & Canvas processing time: 2-5 working days

 Note: We will not print & ship your product if we do not have your confirmation in writing. If you will request revisions, this understandably will extend your production and delivery time.


All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it becomes available. During holidays shipping times might be higher. We have several fulfillment centers where we print and we will choose the closest printing fulfillment center to reduce the shipping time.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products!

We pay a flat fee on every shipped product. The shipping is done by one or more courier companies. 

Special Notes:

  • Revisions generally take 24hours, this can increase depending on your response time.
  • Delivery & Shipping times might be different during holidays.
  • We do not print & ship the product unless we receive written confirmation of the digital artwork. 
  • You can request a print refund only if you did not confirm the digital artwork that was sent as a draft before printing.
  • We are not held responsible if the customer provides incorrect shipping information.
